人才是企业发展的保障,人力资源管理中薪酬管理对企业的发展有着极其重要的意义,激励管理即激励理论在人力资源管理中的应用,做好激励管理能够激发员工的工作热情并且吸引大批优秀人才的加入,本文从目前我国国有企业薪酬管理现状出发,简要介绍激励管理在国有企业薪酬管理中的创新模式。
Talent is the guarantee for enterprise development. Compensation management in human resources management is of great importance to the development of the enterprise. Incentive management is the application of motivation theory in human resources management. Incentive management can stimulate employees’ work enthusiasm and attract a large number of outstanding With the participation of talents, this paper starts from the current status of China’s state-owned enterprises’ pay management, and briefly introduces the innovative model of incentive management in the pay management of state-owned enterprises.
