机组运行时 ,常发生汽轮发电机的后轴承瓦振较大。原因是基础与台板间没有用混凝土或微膨胀水泥灌实 ,是否灌实对发电机后轴承运行时的振动大小起关键的作用。在二次浇灌过程中采用压差灌浆法 ,以排出灌浆料与台板之间的空气。上述工艺实施后 ,取得了发电机试运转中后轴承轴瓦振动很小的优良效果。
