目的 探讨前列腺切除术后出血及后尿道狭窄的预防方法。方法 自 1995年以来 ,对 98例前列腺切除术后行前列腺窝膀胱粘膜移植病人进行观察。结果 术后均无并发出血 ,6～ 7d均恢复排尿及下床活动 ,80例随访 3～ 2 4个月均排尿通畅 ,无后尿道狭窄。结论 前列腺窝膀胱粘膜移植可有效预防前列腺切除术后出血及后尿道狭窄等并发症。
Objective To investigate the prevention of hemorrhage and urethral stricture after prostatectomy. Methods Since 1995, 98 patients undergoing prostatectomy for prostate gland mucosa transplantation have been observed. Results No postoperative hemorrhage was found. Urination and ambulation were resumed after 6 ~ 7 days. 80 cases were followed up for 3 ~ 24 months with voiding and without urethral stricture. Conclusions Prostate fossa mucosal transplantation can effectively prevent complications such as hemorrhage after prostatectomy and posterior urethral stricture.
