本文从光导纤维的基本特性出发,阐述了在光栅测量系统中使用光导纤维的一些问题,介绍了单根和合成光导纤维的结构设计,并通过在仪器中的使用情况,说明应用光导纤维的效果。
Based on the basic characteristics of optical fibers, this paper describes some problems of using optical fibers in the grating measurement system. The structural design of single and synthetic optical fibers is introduced. The application of optical fibers is illustrated through the use of the optical fibers .
