目的对海南树仔菜进行急性毒性及遗传毒性研究。方法采用急性毒性试验、Ames试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验。结果树仔菜干粉雄雌性小鼠经口最大耐受剂量(MTD)>10.0g/kg体重;Ames试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验三项遗传毒性试验结果均为阴性。结论海南树仔菜急性毒性分级属实际无毒级、在本研究剂量范围内未见明显遗传毒性作用。
Objective To study the acute toxicity and genotoxicity of Scutellaria baicalensis. Methods Acute toxicity test, Ames test, mouse bone marrow micronucleus test and mouse sperm abnormality test were used. Results The results showed that the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) was> 10.0g / kg body weight in the male and female mice of Sesamum indicum. All three genotoxicity tests of Ames test, mouse bone marrow micronucleus test and mouse sperm abnormality test were negative. Conclusion The results showed that the acute toxicological classification of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was actually nontoxic. There was no obvious genotoxic effect in the dose range of this study.
