餐饮具容易成为经口传播传染病的传播媒介,为进一步加强餐饮具卫生管理,提高食品卫生质量,制定科学的长效管理机制,我们对2005～2008年矿区餐饮具消毒质量进行了分析。结果报告如下。
Dining utensils can easily become the media of Oral Infectious Diseases. In order to further strengthen the hygiene management of the tableware, improve the quality of food hygiene and establish a scientific and long-term management mechanism, we analyzed the disinfection quality of tableware from 2005 to 2008. The results are reported below.
