近年来,物业管理矛盾总是集中在物业管理企业身上,但往往因一些客观原因,有些问题企业无法解决,因而遭致不满。由于找不到一个共同的出发点,各方都为自身的利益争论不休,这种情况并不利于物业管理的发展。如以客观标准为基础,就有了看问题的共同角度。这个客观标准就是物业管理者的法律关系和法律地位。
