In the first volume of high school Chinese language, “Lian Po and Lin Xiangru Biography” in a text “as phase big, release to the Qing, right in the right” phrase. At the end of the “right”, that is, “on.” The meaning is that Xiangru’s position is rather high. However, in the article entitled “Battle of Red Cliff”, there is another such sentence: “Then Zhou Yu and Cheng Pu are left and right supervisors ...” The text is annotated as “deputy deputy commander.” Obviously, Zhou Yu is the captaincy of the left, is the principal; Cheng Pu is the right captaincy, is the deputy. Then, “left” is higher than “right”. Does “contradiction” mean “left” or “right” for a while?
