姬塬长8油藏泡沫酸酸化技术研究及应用

针对姬塬长8部分注水井呈现整体投注压力相对较高,正常注水后注水压力上升速度过快,注水系统压力大,提出了泡沫酸酸化工艺。该酸液具有液柱压力低、返排能力强、黏度高、滤失小、对地层损害小、酸液有效作用距离长等优点。在室内对泡沫酸配方、酸液体系进行评价试验研究,首次现场试验,根据实验结果对工艺进行了改进,目前已在现场成功试验5口井,取得了较好的增产效果。 In view of the fact that the injection pressure of the 8 injection wells in Jiyuan Plateau is relatively high, the injection pressure increases rapidly after the normal injection, and the pressure of the injection system is large, so the foam acidification process is proposed. The acid has the advantages of low liquid column pressure, strong capacity of back flow, high viscosity, small filtrate loss, small damage to the formation and long effective distance of the acid. In the laboratory foam acid formulation, acid system evaluation test research, the first field test, based on the experimental results of the process has been improved, the successful test of the 5 wells at the scene, and achieved good yield.
