在贵阳的一次讲座,最后还有一点时间,我与在座各位老师分享了一个故事——我从教中的事,这个故事我很少讲。这是一个很平常的小故事。我教过一个孩子——一个冥顽不化的孩子。一开始,她心扉紧闭,我用温暖与感动让她打开心门,循循以诱,然后抓住时机突破,用煽情与阳刚的语言振其气,励其志,这一切都是我的教育风格。三年,我已经记不清和她谈过多少次话、互相发过多少条短信,都可以写一本书了。我的博客,有很多写到她的事,《海燕》、《教育是这样做的》、《师生对话》……
