运输方案编制自动化是铁路管理现代化的重要组成部分。本文以优化和定量化为主线,对运输方案编制的总体优化目标,评价指标体系,综合评价与优化方法,方案编制的约束条件及可比方案的形成等基本问题作了初步的理论分析,对方案编制过程中涉及到的众多影响因素,编制原则和具体方法等进行了探讨,目的是为运输方案编制自动化的总体设计奠定理论基础,用以指导其应用软件的研制工作.
The automation of transport programming is an important part of the modernization of railway management. Based on the optimization and quantification, this paper makes a preliminary theoretical analysis on the basic optimization objectives, the evaluation index system, the comprehensive evaluation and optimization methods, the constraints of program compilation and the formation of comparable programs.
