本文根据中央对铁路工作的指示,针对我国铁路存在的问题,就路网建设的若干认识问题阐述了自己的意见,指出要搞好路网建设关键在于有一个好的路网规划。
According to the instructions of the central government on the railway work, this article expounds its own opinions on the existing problems in the railway construction in our country and points out that the key to building a road network is to have a good road network plan.
