目的对来自不同地区的青年耐寒锻炼前后机体总抗氧化能力和一氧化氮(NO)含量的变化进行研究。方法选当年寒区与非寒区入伍新兵,分为2组,一组为河南新兵50人,另一组为吉林新兵50。按照新兵训练大纲进行耐寒锻炼。分别于锻炼前、锻炼4周时测定血清总抗氧化能力和血清中NO含量。结果耐寒锻炼前,吉林新兵总抗氧化能力和血清中NO含量分别为(9.55±1.74)U/mg和(40.53±7.59)μmol/L,高于河南新兵(8.01±1.73)U/mg和(35.61±6.27)μmol/L,且差异均有非常显著性;锻炼4周后,两组总抗氧化能力和血清中NO氮含量均明显升高,但两组间差异无显著性。结论初入寒区河南青年总抗氧化能力和血清中NO含量较低,经过耐寒锻炼河南和吉林青年血清中总抗氧化能力和血中NO含量明显提高。
Objective To study the changes of total antioxidant capacity and nitric oxide (NO) content in young and old people from different regions before and after cold tolerance training. Method selected the year cold and non-cold area enlisted recruits, divided into two groups, a group of 50 recruits in Henan, another group of 50 recruits in Jilin. According to the recruit training outline cold-resistant exercise. Respectively before exercise, 4 weeks of exercise were measured serum total antioxidant capacity and serum NO levels. Results Before antidepressant exercise, the total antioxidative capacity and NO content in serum of recruits in Jilin were (9.55 ± 1.74) U / mg and (40.53 ± 7.59) μmol / L respectively, higher than that of recruits in Henan (8.01 ± 1.73) U / mg and 35.61 ± 6.27) μmol / L, and the differences were significant. After 4 weeks of exercise, the total antioxidant capacity and serum NO-N content were significantly increased, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The total antioxidant capacity and the serum NO content of Henan youths entering the cold zone are lower than those of the control group. The total antioxidant capacity and serum NO levels in Henan and Jilin youths after cold-resistant training were significantly increased.
