在语文课程不断改革下,教师要将课堂大量的时间留给学生,做到少讲、精讲。这种教学方式看似减轻了教师教学的任务量,但实际却提高了教学的质量与要求。教师不仅要确保学生能够真正把握住课堂内容,还要跟随着学生的思路去引导他们,这无疑加大了教学难点。所以,在小学语文教学中,教师要妥善把握好教与学的关系。从当前的教学论来看,学富五车、满腹经纶已不再是优秀教师的唯一标准。一个合格的教师,要真的能够讲得出东西来,让学生能够学到知识并转化到自己的

Under the continuous reform of Chinese courses, teachers should leave a large amount of time in the classroom to their students so that they can speak less and concentrate on speaking.
