那一天,随着烟台解放,六个年轻的八路军干部穿过尚未散尽的硝烟,打开了烟台山下矗立近一个半世纪的海关楼大门,也掀开了一段新的海关历史。2015年,在世界反法西斯战争暨中国抗日战争胜利70周年,同时也是人民海关建关70周年来临之际,我们在烟台市档案局堪称镇馆之宝的2382卷东海关珍贵历史档案中,发现了大量的东海关华籍关员抗击日寇、献身革命、投身建设的历史资料,揭开了一段鲜为人知的尘封历史。
