北京市石景山区八宝山街道办事处的工作人员自豪地介 绍,使用一指通报警比110还快。一指通热线电话和网上呼叫 “三位一体”织就一个通畅的社区服务网,让居民提前享受到 了超便捷的数字型社区生活。该服务网络采用的是高科技手 段,但使用起来十分简单。一指通紧急呼叫系统,只有普通电 话机一半大的小方盒,上面有白绿红3个按钮,分别标注医疗、 家政、报警的字样,这边一按钮,相对应的社区医院、社区服 务中心或派出所就能立刻接受到信号迅速提供相应的服务。3 个月前的一天,75岁的王老先生突发高烧,独自照料他的老伴, 就是靠一指通上的白钮及时通知有关部门,把老伴迅速送到医 院,老人才得以痊愈。通过拨打热线电话或通过计算机上网, 同样可以迅速接入社区网络享受服务,服务内容包罗万象,除 报警报医之外,还可以请小时工、疏通下水道、净菜配送、送 修家电,进行各类信息咨询等等,足有20多项,凡是居家可遇 到的需求,在社区网络中几乎都能满足。
