利用杨树叶干粉对模拟结晶紫染料废水进行吸附去除,并借助Box-Behnken响应曲面法对吸附条件进行优化。实验结果表明,pH值、吸附剂投加量、温度和染料初始浓度均对结晶紫在杨树叶表面的吸附产生明显的影响。当pH为8.42、吸附剂剂量为0.1g、温度为25℃和溶液初始浓度为100mg/L时,该材料对结晶紫的最大去除率可达99.9%,表明杨树叶干粉是一种极具潜力的新型染料吸附剂。
The poplar leaf dry powder was used to remove the simulated crystal violet dye wastewater, and the adsorption conditions were optimized by Box-Behnken response surface methodology. The experimental results show that the pH value, the dosage of adsorbent, the temperature and the initial concentration of dye all have a significant effect on the adsorption of crystal violet on the surface of poplar leaves. When pH is 8.42, the dosage of adsorbent is 0.1g, the temperature is 25 ℃ and the initial concentration of the solution is 100mg / L, the maximum removal rate of crystal violet can reach 99.9%, indicating that poplar leaf powder is a potential New dye adsorbent.
