以磺胺二甲氧嗪(SDM′)为模板分子,三氟甲基丙烯酸(TFMAA)为功能单体,采用沉淀聚合法制备分子印迹聚合物(MIPs),并对其进行了热力学及动力学表征。以MIPs为填料的固相萃取柱对猪肉肌肉样品进行净化,与混合型阳离子交换固相萃取(MCX)柱相比,富集与净化效果更好。建立了测定猪肉中SDM′的MISPE-HPLC方法,方法检出限和定量限分别为3.822μg/kg和7.939μg/kg,双水平加标回收率和精密度分别在82.0%~94.0%和7.5%~10.2%之间。
Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) were prepared by the precipitation polymerization method using sulfadimethoxine (SDM ’) as the template molecule and trifluoromethacrylic acid (TFMAA) as the functional monomer.
