目的探讨Nd:YAG激光治疗外伤性白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术后早期瞳孔区渗出膜的安全性和疗效。方法对28例(28眼)外伤性白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术后早期瞳孔区渗出膜患者行Nd:YAG激光治疗,观察记录手术前后瞳孔区渗出膜、视力、眼压及手术并发症,并进行对比探讨。结果28眼中,20眼经1次治疗后,渗出膜吸收,5眼经2次治疗后消失,2眼3次治疗后消失。无明显严重并发症。结论Nd:YAG激光治疗外伤性白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术后早期瞳孔区渗出膜的安全和有效。
Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of Nd: YAG laser in the early pupillary area exudation after traumatic cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation. Methods Nd: YAG laser was used in 28 cases (28 eyes) of traumatic cataract extracted intraocular lens implantation in patients with early exudative pupil area. The exudation of pupil area, visual acuity, intraocular pressure and operative complications were recorded before and after operation. , And compared to explore. Results Of the 28 eyes, 20 eyes were absorbed by exudative membrane after one treatment. Five eyes disappeared after two treatments and two eyes disappeared after three treatments. No significant serious complications. Conclusion Nd: YAG laser is safe and effective in the early pupillary area exudation after traumatic cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation.
