目的 :了解服抗癫药物 (AEDs)患者垂体 性腺轴的变化。方法 :用化学发光法检测 40例癫患者和 3 8例健康对照组的血浆PRL、LH、FSH、Tes、E2 及PG ,并比较首次癫发作 (NAEDs)组与AEDs组的血浆性激素的变化。结果 :NAEDs组男性LH降低 (P <0 0 1) ,Tes降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,和E2 降低 (P <0 0 1) ,女性Tes降低 (P <0 0 1) ,E2 降低 (P <0 0 0 5 ) ,和PG降低 (P <0 0 5 )。AEDs组男性PRL升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,女性LH增高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :癫患者存在性激素平衡失调 ,AEDs可能主要影响垂体分泌
Objective: To understand the changes of the pituitary gland axis in patients with anti-epileptic drugs (AEDs). Methods: The levels of plasma PRL, LH, FSH, Tes, E2 and PG in 40 epileptic patients and 38 healthy controls were detected by chemiluminescence method. Plasma levels of sex hormones in first episode epileptic seizures (NAEDs) and AEDs Variety. Results: In the NAEDs group, the male LH decreased (P <0.01), Tes decreased (P <0.05), decreased E2 (P <0.01) P <0 0 0 5), and PG decreased (P 0 05). In the AEDs group, the male PRL increased (P <0.05) and the female LH increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Epilepsy patients have sex hormone imbalance, AEDs may mainly affect the secretion of pituitary
