淄博市采用的兰炭主要来自陕西神木,该地区的兰炭是将神府地区出产的优质不粘煤和弱粘煤通过中低温加热方式,解析出其中所含的富氢的挥发性的成分,生产出来的高碳含量的炭产品。采用这种兰炭,燃烧以后排放的PM2.5、多环芳烃等污染物大幅降低,可以替代优质的无烟煤,特别是经过工艺提纯、升级,新的兰炭燃烧后的PM2.5更低,仅为原煤的1.8%左右,另外对人类身体健康影响最大的污染物多环芳烃更是大大降低,可达97%。煤炭科学研究总院煤炭战略规划研究院战略研究所副所长任世华介绍:“推广兰炭利用,可大幅减少散烧煤的污染物排放,同时并不比使用煤炭增加太多成本,是解决环境问题的重要途径。”本文以淄博市为例,通过实际调研,了解淄博市兰炭推广情况,并总结相关经验、启示,对各地正在开展的煤炭资源清洁利用具有一定的借鉴意义。
