When one of the body should be able to use your fingers to touch the pulse-beat site but can not touch it (except for a few people with abnormal arterial vessels), we can say that the site is “pulseless.” Pulseless phenomenon is a clinical signs of disease, rather than the name of a disease. The emergence of pulseless implies that the site of arterial lumen occlusion or severe stenosis, resulting in its distal blood flow interruption or significantly reduced. This phenomenon occurs in the limbs, limb chills, cold, pale, intermittent claudication, pain and ulcers and gangrene.
