众所周知,研究和探索学生管理工作是为了促进高职院校教育质量的提升,是为了进一步为社会和国家输送更多的优秀人才。这也是高职院校各项工作中的重点,它在一定程度上关系着教学工作的进展与实效。本文结合实际,进一步探讨当前我国高职院校学生管理工作所面临的问题及其解决对策。
As we all know, the research and exploration of student management work is to promote the quality of education in higher vocational colleges in order to further deliver more outstanding talents for the society and the country. This is also the focus of all the work in higher vocational colleges, to a certain extent, it is related to the progress and effectiveness of teaching.
