金秋十月是忙碌的一个月,很多学校都在这个月举行了校运会,我校也不例外。运动会之前,按照惯例,校领导在全校教师会上再三强调要把安全工作放在第一位,尤其是班主任要做到管理有序。运动会那天,为了能发挥所有学生的力量去获得优异的比赛成绩,我给非运动员分配好后勤工作,让他们人人都有事可做。首先,我选出一男一女两个拉拉队长,然后给拉拉队长分配任务,让他们按区域给剩下的非运动员安排一些工作。觉得一切妥当之后,就把大家带到了操场上,我自己主要负责管理运动员。二年级的学生活泼好动,自控能力不强,一到外面见没老师管,就满操场跑。
