目的:研究bcl-2在肾癌组织中的表达与意义.方法:采用鼠抗人单克隆抗体及SABC免疫组织化学染色法.结果:bcl-2蛋白在肾癌组织中的阳性率为52.1%(25/48),正常肾组织中为16.1%(5/31),肾癌组织中bcl-2表达阳性率明显高于正常肾组织(P<0.05),但不同病理细胞类型及不同临床分期的肾癌组织间bcl-2表达阳性率无明显差异(P>0.05).结论:bcl-2在肾癌组织中有高表达,其阳性率明显高于正常肾组织,但与肾癌病理细胞类型、分期无关,bcl-2可能参与了肾癌的发病.
3. Objective : To study the expression and significance of bcl - 2 in renal cell carcinoma. Methods: Murine anti-human monoclonal antibody and SABC immunohistochemical staining were used. RESULTS: The positive rate of bcl-2 protein in renal cell carcinoma was 52.1% (25/48), in normal renal tissue it was 16.1% (5/31), and the positive rate of bcl-2 expression in renal cell carcinoma was observed. It was significantly higher than normal renal tissue (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the positive rate of bcl-2 expression among different pathological cell types and different clinical stages of renal cell carcinoma (P>0.05). Conclusion: The expression of bcl-2 is highly expressed in renal cell carcinoma. The positive rate of bcl-2 is significantly higher than that of normal kidney tissue. However, it is not related to pathological cell type and stage of renal cell carcinoma. bcl-2 may be involved in the pathogenesis of renal cell carcinoma.
