目的研究接骨木Sambucus williamsii茎枝的化学成分。方法采用D-101大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20、Toyopearl HW-40和RP-HPLC等色谱分离手段进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从接骨木茎枝60%乙醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为23-羟基-3-羰基-28-去甲基-12,16-二烯齐墩果烷(1)、3-羰基齐墩果酸(2)、齐墩果酸(3)、白桦酸(4)、棕榈酸(5)、正二十八醇(6)。结论化合物1为1个新的降三萜类化合物,命名为接骨木烷A;化合物2和6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of the stems of Sambucus williamsii. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by D-101 macroporous adsorption resin, silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20, Toyopearl HW-40 and RP-HPLC. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Six compounds were isolated from the 60% ethanol extract of elderberry shoots and identified as 23-hydroxy-3-oxo-28-nor-methyl-12,16-diene oleanane (1) Oleyl oleanolic acid (2), oleanolic acid (3), betulinic acid (4), palmitic acid (5), n-octacosanol (6). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new triterpene compound named as elbecane A. Compounds 2 and 6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
