水利部水文水利调度中心组织召开的全国水文预报学术讨论会于1988年5月5~9日在西安市举行。有关科研院所、大专院校、省(自治区、直辖市)水文总站、流域机构及部分电力局、水电厂的101位代表参加了会议。会议收到论文124篇。会议着重交流了1981年成都会议以来我国水文预报工作的经验和成果。在这次会议上交流的论文.有以下几个显著的特点:(1)模型的应用更加广泛、深入,更加紧密结合生产实际的需要;(2)计算机应用于水文预报中的数据处理及联机实时预报发展迅速,并普遍重视预报与调度相结合;(3)在预报模型中加上了实时校正子系统,提高了预报精度;(4)雷达回波、卫星云图及气象常规资料等在水文预报中的应用有了新的进展。
The National Hydrological Forecasting Symposium organized by the Hydrology and Water Resources Dispatch Center of the Ministry of Water Resources was held in Xi’an from May 5 to May 1988. 101 representatives of scientific research institutes, universities and colleges, provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) hydrological terminal, river basin agencies and some power stations and hydropower plants attended the meeting. The conference received 124 papers. The meeting focused on the exchange of experiences and achievements of hydrological forecasting work in our country since the 1981 Chengdu Conference. The papers exchanged at this conference have the following salient features: (1) the application of the model is more extensive, in-depth and more closely integrated with the practical needs of production; (2) the data processing and online application of computer in hydrological forecast Real-time forecasting is developing rapidly and generally emphasizes the combination of forecasting and scheduling. (3) Real-time correction subsystem is added to the forecasting model to improve the forecast accuracy. (4) Radar echos, satellite imagery and meteorological data, The application of forecasting has made new progress.
