提出了一种用于砂轮破裂后高效磨床动态过程分析的仿真方法。采用显式时间积分格式,磨床安全防护罩采用法向方向5 点积分的HughesLiu 壳单元,等向强化弹塑性材料模型。砂轮、法兰、主轴及支座则采用一点积分的8 节点实体单元。利用快速可靠的接触搜寻法及零能模式控制技术,可以准确地模拟砂轮破裂后高效磨床的动态过程,利用间接方法验证了该方法的可靠性,并给出了一个应用实例
A simulation method for dynamic process analysis of high efficiency grinding machine after wheel breakage is proposed. Using the explicit time integral format, the grinder safety guard adopts the HughesLiu shell element integrated with 5 points in the normal direction and isotropic reinforced elastoplastic model. Wheels, flanges, spindles and bearings are a bit integrated 8-node solid unit. The rapid and reliable contact search method and zero-energy mode control technology can accurately simulate the dynamic process of the high-efficiency grinding machine after the wheel is broken, and the reliability of the method is verified by an indirect method.
