目的:研究鳖甲煎丸煎剂对大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将实验大鼠随机分为两组,灌服鳖甲煎丸煎剂组、灌服生理盐水组。用卵核蛋白作为抗原给正常大鼠进行腹股沟皮下注射,待基础免疫后当日对灌服鳖甲煎丸煎剂组及灌服生理盐水组大鼠进行灌胃,1次/d。9天后再用卵核蛋白进行加强免疫,10天后再用酶联免疫吸附测定实验方法检测相应抗体生产水平。结果:灌服鳖甲煎丸煎剂组大鼠抗体水平显著升高,与灌服生理盐水组相比较有明显差异,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鳖甲煎丸煎剂对大鼠免疫功能有提高作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Biejiajianwan decoction on immune function in rats. METHODS: The rats were randomly divided into two groups, i.e., BJJJ decoction group and saline group. The nucleus protein was used as an antigen to inject subcutaneously in the inguinal to the normal rats. After the basic immunization, the rats in the gavage decoction group and the normal saline group were intragastrically administered once a day. After 9 days, the cells were boosted with ovonucleoprotein, and 10 days later, the antibody production level was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. RESULTS: The antibody level of rats fed with Biejiajian Pill decoction significantly increased, which was significantly different from that of the saline group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Biejiajianwan decoction can improve the immune function of rats.
