目的:观察滋阴泻火中药对环境内分泌干扰物辛基酚(OP)和双酚A(BPA)的拟雌激素活性的拮抗作用。方法:30只21天SD雌性大鼠分为3组:对照组(玉米油)、染毒组(OP 100mg/kg+BPA 100mg/kg)、治疗组(喂饲OP100mg/kg+BPA 100mg/kg+中药40mL/kg),每天灌胃1次,连续14天后检测子宫增重和子宫内膜ER的表达。结果:染毒组与对照组相比,子宫湿重、脏器系数、子宫内膜上皮细胞高度及平滑肌厚度、子宫内膜腺上皮高度,腺体数目及内膜ER蛋白表达均明显增高(P<0.05),治疗组与染毒组相比,治疗后上述指标显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:辛基酚和双酚A具有拟雌激素活性,滋阴泻火中药对辛基酚(OP)和双酚A(BPA)的拟雌激素活性的具有拮抗作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the antagonism of the anti-estrogenic activity of EPA (OCP) and bisphenol A (BPA), the environmental endocrine disruptors, in Ziyin diarrhea. Methods: Thirty female SD rats of 21 days were divided into 3 groups: control group (corn oil), exposure group (OP 100mg/kg+BPA 100mg/kg), treatment group (feeding OP100mg/kg+BPA 100mg/kg+ 40 mL/kg of traditional Chinese medicine was given once a day. After 14 consecutive days, uterine weight gain and endometrial ER expression were measured. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the uterine wet weight, organ coefficient, endometrial epithelial cell height and smooth muscle thickness, endometrial glandular epithelial height, glandular number, and endometrial ER protein expression were significantly higher (P<0.05). <0.05), compared with the treatment group, the above indicators were significantly reduced after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: Octylphenol and bisphenol A have estrogenic activity. Ziyin and purging fire have antagonistic effects on the estrogenic activity of octylphenol (OP) and bisphenol A (BPA).
