目的了解2008年南县居民死亡原因,为制定疾病预防控制措施提供科学资料。方法收集南县2008年内居民死亡原因资料,按ICD-10死因分类法进行分类统计。结果2008年南县居民死亡率为5.81‰,首位死因是循环系统疾病(2.32‰),第二位是恶性肿瘤(1.52‰),损伤中毒死亡居第三位(0.44‰),第四位、第五位分别为呼吸系统(0.36‰)与消化系统疾病(0.23‰)。恶性肿瘤死亡率男性显著高于女性(P<0.01),男女恶性肿瘤死亡均以肺癌为最高。结论循环系统疾病和恶性肿瘤是影响南县居民最重要的死因。建议开展循环系统疾病和恶性肿瘤的发病监测,建立医院门诊病例登记制度,以便及时分析发病趋势,有针对性地开展慢性病、伤害预防控制工作。
Objective To understand the causes of death of residents in Nanxian County in 2008 and provide scientific information for the formulation of disease prevention and control measures. Methods Data on the causes of death among residents in Nanxian during 2008 were collected and classified according to the ICD-10 classification of causes of death. Results In 2008, the death rate of residents in Nan County was 5.81 ‰. The first cause of death was circulatory system diseases (2.32 ‰), the second was malignant tumors (1.52 ‰) and the third was death injury (0.44 ‰) The fifth is the respiratory system (0.36 ‰) and digestive system diseases (0.23 ‰). Mortality of malignant tumors was significantly higher in males than in females (P <0.01), with the highest death rates for both men and women with lung cancer. Conclusion Circulatory system diseases and malignant tumors are the most important causes of death in Nanxian residents. It is recommended to carry out the monitoring of the incidence of circulatory diseases and malignant tumors and establish the outpatient case registration system in order to analyze the trend of occurrence in time and carry out targeted prevention and control of chronic diseases and injuries.
