对比敏感度函数是50年代兴起的一种心理物理学检查方法,80年代逐步进入眼科临床应用研究。大量研究表明,这种新技术能对原发性开角型青光眼作出定性、定量的早期诊断。但也有研究认为,此法检测青光眼并无特异性,不适合检测早期青光眼。回顾文献分析了出现争议的原因,认为经过近40年的研究,此法已经成为最敏感的视功能测定方法之一,尤其是对视网膜和视神经纤维损害状态的测定,更为敏感。尽管检测结果存在差异,仍不失为早期诊断原发性开角型青光眼最有希望的一种技术手段。
Contrast sensitivity function is a kind of psychophysical examination method rising in the 1950s, and gradually entered the clinical research of ophthalmology in the 1980s. Numerous studies show that this new technique can make qualitative and quantitative early diagnosis of primary open-angle glaucoma. However, some studies suggest that this method is not specific for detecting glaucoma and is not suitable for detecting early glaucoma. Review of the literature analyzed the reasons for the controversy, that after nearly 40 years of research, this method has become one of the most sensitive determination of visual function, especially for the determination of retinal and optic nerve fiber damage, more sensitive. Although the test results are different, it is still the most promising technique for early diagnosis of primary open-angle glaucoma.
