统计和分析了580眼视网膜色素变性患者的视力、视野、暗适应和ERG检查结果。讨论了ERG与患者年龄、性别、视力、视野、暗适应之间的关系。指出ERG波型熄灭是视网膜色素变性的临床特征之一。ERG检查在视网膜色素变性患者的诊断(特别是早期诊断)、治疗以及预后等方面有重要意义。
The visual acuity, visual field, dark adaptation and ERG findings of 580 patients with retinitis pigmentosa were statistically analyzed. The relationship between ERG and age, gender, vision, visual field, dark adaptation was discussed. Pointed out ERG wave is one of the clinical features of retinitis pigmentosa. ERG examination in the diagnosis of patients with retinitis pigmentosa (especially early diagnosis), treatment and prognosis of great significance.
