The “61” International Children’s Day arrived in 1959. When we warmly congratulate the children on the festival, we naturally think of the important task we shoulder and how to educate the younger generation better. In 1958, with the great leap forward in industrial and agricultural production, under the leadership of the party . By using the guideline of “walking on two legs,” the province basically popularized primary education and ended the history of school-age children’s failure to enroll all students. This opened up a broad road for the new generation to learn cultural and scientific knowledge and receive communist education. As long as we vigorously consolidate the achievements of universalization this year and continue to absorb a small number of children who have not yet enrolled in schools, we will put an end to the root causes of illiteracy and achieve an important task in the cultural revolution. “The popularization of the people demands follow-up will also be required to raise the requirements month by month.” Since the popularization of primary education, we should strive to improve the quality of work.
