天然气往往通过金属管道输送到数千公里之外,这些管道在地面以下一定深度掩埋,输送过程中会通过一定数量的涵洞、洼地、沟渠等,管道的周围会被含有水、空气、酸碱盐、微生物等具有腐蚀性的杂质土壤围绕,这些物质的存在往往会诱使金属管线发生一定程度的腐蚀,为了保证天然气输送管道的耐腐蚀性,延长管道的使用寿命,减少穿孔泄露的危险发生,我们有必要采取有效的防腐措施,减少因为管道腐蚀造成的各方面损失。本文通过研究金属管道发生腐蚀的机理,介绍了阴极保护技术在金属管道防腐方面的应用,对天然气管道的防腐工作具有重要的指导意义。
Natural gas is often delivered to thousands of kilometers through metal pipelines. The pipelines will be surrounded by water, air, acid and alkali salts , Microorganisms and other corrosive impurities around the soil, the presence of these substances tend to induce a certain degree of metal pipeline corrosion, in order to ensure the corrosion resistance of natural gas pipeline to extend the service life of the pipeline to reduce the risk of perforation leakage occurs, We need to take effective anti-corrosion measures to reduce all losses due to pipeline corrosion. In this paper, the mechanism of corrosion of metal pipe is introduced. The application of cathodic protection technology in corrosion prevention of metal pipe is introduced. It is of great significance to the anti-corrosion of natural gas pipeline.
