原发下腔静脉平滑肌肉瘤 (ｐｒｉｍａｒｙｌｅｉｏｍｙｏｓａｒｃｏｍａｏｆｔｈｅｉｎｆｅｒｉｏｒｖｅｎａｃａｖａ ,ＰＩＶＣＬＭＳ)是一少见的恶性肿瘤 ,起源于静脉壁平滑肌。自 1871年Ｐｅｒｌ首先报道 ,1996年Ｍｉｎｇｏｌｉ[1] 综合世界文献共 2 18例 ,但多为个案报道。
