冠心病,人类的第一杀手。冠心病,令多少人在痛楚中煎熬。 心绞痛、心律失常、心功能不全、心源性休克、心肌梗死甚至猝死,时时威胁着冠心病患者。 冠心病是冠状动脉硬化性心脏病的简称,是冠状动脉固定性或动力性狭窄或阻塞,导致冠状动脉血流量下降,所供应心脏区域缺血缺氧,造成缺血性心脏病。大多数由冠状动脉粥样硬化引起,其他尚可因冠状动脉痉挛,炎症性冠状动脉狭窄等引起。
