胃肠道寄生的血矛线虫对畜牧业影响较大,常规驱虫效果不理想。因此有必要应用疫苗技术,而在这方面,筛选具有诱导保护性免疫反应的特异性抗原至关重要。作者对捻转血矛线虫(Haemonchus contortus)的功能性抗原及其所诱导的免疫反应特性进行了初步分析。
Gastrine parasite Haemonchus greater impact on animal husbandry, conventional deworming effect is not satisfactory. It is therefore necessary to apply vaccine technology, and in this respect it is of crucial importance to screen for specific antigens that induce a protective immune response. The authors conducted a preliminary analysis of the functional antigens of Haemonchus contortus and the immune response they induced.
