在物理课堂中,教师不仅是教育学生的工作者,还是学习者。之所以说教师也是学习者,是因为,教师在准备物理授课内容时,要学习物理知识,研究物理知识,充分了解物理知识,这样才能够制订一个有效引导学生学习物理的教学方案,帮助学生学习物理知识。这也说明了教师在物理课堂教学中的重要地位。对“以学定教,先学后教”的教学模式进行了深刻的探讨,以便建立物理教学的高效课堂。
In physical classrooms, teachers are not only educators’ students, but also learners.
