大地震或特大地震影响范围广,成灾严重,需要开展区域抗震防灾综合防御体系的研究。该文从国内外多个国家和地区开展的区域抗震防灾综合防御体系进行分析,得出符合我国实际的大区域抗震防灾综合防御体系建设的建议。
Large earthquake or extra-large earthquakes have a wide range of impacts and have serious catastrophic consequences. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out researches on the comprehensive defensive earthquake and disaster prevention system. This article analyzes the comprehensive regional earthquake prevention and disaster prevention system carried out in many countries and regions at home and abroad, and draws a conclusion that the comprehensive defense system against earthquakes and disaster is in line with the actual conditions in our country.
