目的:建立测定利鼻片中欧前胡素含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Zorbax SB-C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(62:38,V/V),检测波长为300nm,柱温为35℃,流速为1.0ml/min,进样量为5μl。结果:欧前胡素进样量在0.01075～0.2688μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为97.63%,RSD=1.35%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确,专属性强,重复性好,可用于利鼻片中欧前胡素的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of imperatorin in Libel tablets. Methods: Using high performance liquid chromatography. The column was a Zorbax SB-C18 column. The mobile phase was methanol-water (62:38, V / V), the detection wavelength was 300 nm, the column temperature was 35 ℃, the flow rate was 1.0 ml / min and the injection volume was 5 μl. RESULTS: Imperatorin had a good linear relationship with the peak area integral in the range of 0.01075 ~ 0.2688 μg (r = 0.9998). The average recovery was 97.63% and RSD was 1.35% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, specific and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of imperatorin in Libelian tablets.
