目的建立《中国药典》2010年版氯化钡滴定液(0.1 mol·L~(-1))浓度测量的不确定度评定方法。方法通过对不确定度来源分析,建立测量模型,对标定过程中各不确定度的分量进行分析评估。结果本次标定浓度的相对标准不确定度为2.22×10~(-3)mol·L~(-1),合成标准不确定度为2.2×10-4mol·L~(-1),扩展不确定度4.4×10~(-4)mol·L~(-1),k=2。结论建立了氯化钡滴定液浓度的测量不确定度评定方法。
Objective To establish a method for the evaluation of the uncertainty of the concentration of barium chloride (0.1 mol·L -1) in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition). Methods By analyzing the sources of uncertainty, the measurement model was established and the components of each uncertainty in the calibration process were analyzed and evaluated. Results The relative standard uncertainty of this calibration was 2.22 × 10 -3 mol·L -1 and the standard uncertainty of synthesis was 2.2 × 10 -4 mol·L -1. The degree of certainty is 4.4 × 10 ~ (-4) mol·L -1, k = 2. Conclusion The uncertainty of measurement of barium chloride titration solution was established.
