对某些疾病合并高血压的患者选择降压药物时,既要考虑高血压又要注意本身疾患,不可盲目地按照一般抗高血压的治疗。要注意每个药物对机体代谢的影响及可能产生的不良反应,应引起临床医师的重视。本文着重指出各类降压药物对合并高血压患者的利弊并提出用药的原则及方法仅供临床参考。
In some diseases with hypertension in patients with antihypertensive drugs, it is necessary to consider the high blood pressure but also pay attention to their own disease, not blindly follow the general antihypertensive treatment. Should pay attention to the impact of each drug on the body metabolism and possible adverse reactions should be caused by the clinician’s attention. This article highlights the various types of antihypertensive drugs in patients with hypertension advantages and disadvantages and put forward the principles and methods of medication for clinical reference only.
