继发性青光限的手术方法因其发病机理和病期的不同而各异,本文仅就新生血管性青光眼的疗法进行论述。全视网膜激光凝固术或冷冻术和房角激光凝固术均可抑制新生血管的形成,但其效果并不恒定。滤过性手术的成功率低于原发性青光眼。因此,开展了一些新方法的研究,如5-氟尿嘧啶、二氧化碳激光和异型植入物等。破坏性睫状体冷冻或激光凝固术可降低眼压,但视力仍可恶化。
Surgical methods of secondary glaucoma vary depending on their pathogenesis and stage of disease, this article discusses therapies for neovascular glaucoma. Retinal laser photocoagulation or cryotherapy and angle laser photocoagulation can inhibit the formation of new blood vessels, but its effect is not constant. The success rate of filtration surgery is lower than that of primary glaucoma. Therefore, a number of new methods have been developed, such as 5-fluorouracil, carbon dioxide laser and shaped implants. Destructive ciliary body freezing or laser coagulation can reduce intraocular pressure, but vision can still deteriorate.
