甘薯、马铃薯收获后通常都是用窖贮藏,可是如果将它们放在同一窖里可就麻烦了,它们会闹得你死我活,不是马铃薯发芽变青,就是甘薯僵心坏死,然而它们何以如此“不共戴天”呢? 原来甘薯、马铃薯虽说都是薯类作物,并且也都原产于美洲大陆,是近几百年才引入我国的。但它们又确实不同,从亲缘与形态上说,甘薯属于旋花科植物,收获对象是块根;马铃薯属于茄科,收获对象是块茎,因为它的薯块不是由根膨大而来,而是由地下横走茎(类似于地上的侧枝)膨大形成。与本题关系更大
