由于变形过程中产生应变诱发马氏体相变 ,亚稳奥氏体不锈钢低温下硬化曲线呈 S形。在每隔 1.5 %的工程应变小区间利用 Hollomon公式求得硬化指数 n,发现 n值不是常数。而且 n值和硬化率随应变的增加呈抛物线形变化 ,n值随着应变率的增高相应的减小
Due to strain induced martensitic transformation during deformation, the hardening curve of metastable austenitic stainless steel is S-shaped at low temperature. The hardening index n was determined by Hollomon’s formula every 1.5% of the engineering strain interval and it was found that the value of n was not constant. Moreover, the value of n and the hardening rate change parabolically with the increase of strain, and the value of n decreases correspondingly with the increase of strain rate
