利用 Ti 质粒介导的叶圆盘转化法,将豇豆腋蛋白酶抑制剂基因导入 NC89,并获得再生植株,对转基因植株进行了室内和田间抗虫性鉴定,结果表明,21%的植株对烟青虫危害具有高度抗性;另45%的植株对烟青虫危害具有明显抗性。转基因烟草的叶面平均虫害面积只有对照 NC89的25%。
The Ti plasmid-mediated leaf disc transformation method was used to introduce the cowpea axillary protease inhibitor gene into NC89 and to obtain regenerated plants. The transgenic plants were identified for their resistance to insecticides in the field and in the field.
