目前四川省高校的文献资源及网络数字资源相对不足,难以满足学校快速发展和提高教学科研水平的文献信息需求。为提高各高校的文献资源保障和服务能力,通过建立基于虚拟联合目录的高校文献传递服务体系,以数字资源建设为突破口,重点提高本校优势领域和新办专业的文献保障水平,以馆际协作协调为补充,优势互补,资源共享,多快好省地扩大全省高校文献保障范围和深度是一条切实可行的道路。
