目的:采用正交设计实验对七白排毒凝胶剂的提取工艺进行优化。方法:分别以水提法、醇提法提取七白排毒凝胶剂中的有效部位,以出膏率为指标考察水提取法中提取次数、加水量、提取时间3个因素对出膏率的影响;以芍药苷为指标考察醇提取中乙醇浓度、提取次数、提取时间对芍药苷含量的影响,通过方差分析确定最佳提取工艺。结果:水提部位的最佳工艺为提取3次,加水8倍量,提取1 h;醇提部位的最佳工艺为乙醇浓度为50%,提取3次,提取1.5 h。结论:正交设计实验法所建立的七白排毒凝胶剂提取工艺的数学模型预测性良好,可用于七白排毒凝胶剂的制备。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction process of Qibai detoxification gel by orthogonal design. Methods: Effective fractions were extracted from seven kinds of detoxification gel by water extraction and alcohol extraction respectively. The extraction rate was taken as the index to study the extraction rate, the amount of water extraction and the extraction time Paeoniflorin as an indicator to investigate the alcohol concentration of ethanol extraction, extraction times, extraction time on the content of paeoniflorin, to determine the optimum extraction process by analysis of variance. Results: The optimum conditions for the water extraction site were extracting for 3 times and adding water for 8 times and extracting for 1 hour. The optimum conditions of ethanol extraction were ethanol concentration of 50%, extraction for 3 times and extraction for 1.5 h. CONCLUSION: The mathematical model of the extraction process of Qibaibai detoxification gel established by the orthogonal design experiment method has good predictability and can be used for the preparation of Qibaodera detoxification gel.
