急性重型颅脑外伤合并多发伤在我国近几年来交通运输事业的发达、基本建设规模的扩大逐年增加。随着急性重型颅脑外伤合并多发伤有着比较高的伤残率及死亡率,且成为致死原因[1]。回顾分析我院自2005年1月至2009年12月手术治疗93例急性重型颅脑外伤合并多发伤,效果良好,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料收集2005年1月～2009年12月间我院行手术治疗的93例急性重型颅脑外伤合并多发伤病人。

Retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2005 to December 2009 Surgical treatment of 93 cases of acute severe traumatic brain injury with multiple injuries, the effect is good, are as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information Collection January 2005 ~ December 2009 in our hospital 93 cases of acute severe traumatic brain injury complicated with multiple traumatic patients.
